About
Jared Scott writes about leadership, faith, and the ordinary struggles underneath both. He has spent three decades in industry — nine of them on a factory floor before moving into training and development — and that plainspoken, hands-on background shows up in everything he writes.
He is the author of several books, including Edge Over Ego, Burn the Scorecard, and the memoir Raised for Obedience. His writing tends to start with a scene and earn its way into the harder questions — about how we treat people, what we pretend not to see, and what it actually costs to do the right thing.
